| We based pourselves at Cruachan Farm campsite near Killin on Loch Tay for this spring's trip. Ben Chonzie was the first day's objective and it was such a short climb that we were in Tesco's in perth by 5.00!
The next dat we traversed the Lawers ridge, from the campsite, up to the visitor centre and along the ridge to finish at the Lawers Hotel for a beer or two. Freezing cold, snowing and blowing a gale - great weather! The last day was a complete contrast with glorious views and sunshine all day for us to climb Ben Vorlich and Stuc a'Chroin from Ardvorlich on the banks of Loch Earn. |
